Anyway, here is a video of Joe Rogan talking about how Nick Diaz should have won the fight. Watching the fight I knew Nick Diaz won no matter what the scorecards said. Condit ran like a pussy and didn't do any damage. Nick Diaz even bitch slapped him with an open hand in the 2nd or 3rd round I can't remember and of course Condit the natural born pussy didn't even respond he just kept backing up. All of his kicks weren't doing any damage. I don't think he landed one spinning back fist or elbow in the entire fight that was all for show. Nick Diaz came looking for a fight and his opponent knew he couldn't win a fight so he took the easy way out.
Nick Diaz is the champ it sucks he tested positive for marijuana though. Man that was just bad luck. The fight with Condit that kind of shit is going to happen because there are people that would sell their soul and their manhood to obtain certain things and in life. Just like Carlos "the natural born pussy" Condit did Super Bowl weekend. Hopefully everything works out for the best for Nick Diaz and he'll be fighting when his suspension is up.
In the mean time I'll be catching up on some Yoshihiro Akiyama fights to see how Jake Shields plans to take him out. Shout out to Team Cesar Gracie jiu-jitsu for producing real fighters and not cowards. Much respect.
Life ain't fair. The kid Diaz deserved the win. He came to fight. Condit came to run in circles around the ring. Anytime there was any contact he'd literally run to the other side of the octagon.
So he did this for 25 minutes. Circle, circle, leg kick, circle, circle, leg kick. Diaz completely at a jogs pace trying to run this guy down and was unable to do so for most of the fight. So basically you had one guy looking for a fight and you had another guy staying on the outside throwing a leg kick and then running. literally running i saw him run from one side of the octagon to the other at least 5 times during this fight.
the strikes ended up being something like 159 landed for condit and 117 landed for diaz. with diaz getting a 5th round take down and a pass of the guard by getting condit's back and going for a submission.
a lot of people ringside had the first 2 rounds to diaz and the 5th to diaz with the takedown and the pass of the guard. then there were a lot of people who said diaz got the first 2 rounds and lost the last 3 rounds. yet two of the judges scored it 4-1 condit and one of them scored it 3-2 condit.
the natural born killer winner by unanimous decision. so that's what the UFC has become. the ULTIMATE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP. where fighting has become less relevant and running wins you bouts.
first it was wrestlers in the UFC that learned how to win on the score cards with takedowns. So they'd just take you down 12 times in a fight and never do any damage and come out victorious in a glorified dry humping competition. now it seems some fighters have evolved their game into a peek a boo stand up style that can win you fights while doing little to nothing during the fight other than avoiding your opponent. we see people like dominick cruz, frankie edgar, and now condit winning titles by literally running away from their opponents on the feet and momentarily throwing jabs or leg kicks to score points. doing little to no damage and winning on the score cards.
now it's been confirmed anderson silva is going to have to fight chael sonnen again. in june in brazil. so here we have a guy in sonnen who is going to do what? try to get takedowns and hold silva on the ground doing little to no damage but scoring on the cards. he did it in his last fight winning the first 4 rounds before silva magically pulled a rabbit out of his ass and caught sonnen in a triangle with like a minute to go in the fight. otherwise we'd have ANOTHER fighter not fighting but scoring and holding the title belt.
something has to be done about this. they have to implement some sort of a rule like PRIDE had. where they would take 10 percent of your purse every time the referee pulled out a yellow card for stalling. if you ran from your opponent you would get a yellow card, if you kept taking down your opponent and not doing any damage you'd get a yellow card, etc... each time the card comes out you lose 10 percent of your purse for the fight and they should give that 10 percent to the opposition.
otherwise like diaz said fuck it i'm done with this shit. these guys can run around the ring for 25 minutes and still win fights? it's fucking gay and not only is it gay it's boring. the coward who doesn't have enough skill to exchange wins the fight. i'm fucking pissed man this guy "the natural born killer" is a natural born pussy. he finished 26 of the 27 fights he won by knockout or submission before saturday night. then he steps in the octagon with nick diaz and literally runs from him the entire fight and wins by decision. not once did he ever try to finish the fight or square up and throw down. not once... fuck that the fans go robbed and most of all nick diaz got robbed.
